Mixed Yoguslava Soup + Dinner
Ingredients For Broth:
1 pound mature tomato, beaten in the liquefied sauce
1 tablespoon margarine
1 tablespoon (dessert) of sugar, to remove the acidity of the tomato or
1 whole medium carrot, remove after cooking.
1 teaspoon of salt or 1 tablet of beef broth
2 tablespoons (soup) full of wheat flour
½ teaspoon (coffee) of spicy paprika
¼ teaspoon of nutmeg or cumin
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 bay leaf, remove before serving
1 can of sour cream with whey
1 cup mint leaf to decorate the soup
Wheat flour gnocchi Ingredients:
½ liter of milk
450 grs. of wheat flour
50 grs. of margarine
Method of Preparing Gouache:
Put the milk to boil, add the margarine and then the wheat flour at one time, stir well with a wooden spoon, until loosen from the bottom of the pan
Remove from the heat and cool and make thin rolls and cut the chopsticks very small ½ centimeter each, sprinkle wheat flour on the table to not cling to the hands. Reserve
How to Prepare the Broth:
Beat the tomatoes in the blender with 2 liters of cold water, then strain into a fine sieve
Put the broth in a cauldron, add the ginger, the nutmeg
bay leaf, sugar, salt, spicy paprika butter leave cooking fire for one hour
If you need to increase more hot water
Dissolve the wheat flour in a little water, then strain
Throw the flour mixture with the soup water, stir well and do not stir until the flour is cooked for 10 minutes.
When the broth is boiling, slowly pour the gnocchi (a little at a time), when they rise to the surface, leave another 3 'to 5' minutes.
Place the soup in a hot soup dish with lid or in a stainless steel bowl. If you prefer, place in a clay bowl.
\ Serving Mode:
Serve in a dish bottom underneath a flat plate.
Put two tablespoons of non-frozen cream in the bottom of the dish, then the hot broth with the gnocchi
Stir the soup well to blend
Garnish with 3 mint leaves in center
II Option
Can replace tomatoes with beets, or spinach whipped in the blender - do not need to strain
Suggestion for a Dinner:
:
For dinner, serve the soup first, then the roasted chicken, seasoned with salt and oregano
Side dish:
Trimmed vegetables cooked in butter
Broccoli, carrots in strips, small potatoes, peas, hearts of palm, black olives, or vegetables, cress, chicory, lettuce, endive, among others and cherry tomatoes
