Bean Soup - (Minestrone)
Ingredients:
300 grs. cooked red kidney beans, or
Beans of your choice except white beans or black beans
1 liter of cold water
Bean Seasoning
2 tablespoons corn oil or butter
2 cloves garlic, chopped (if old, remove the kernel)
Vegetables:
2 potatoes cut into cubes
2 medium carrots, chopped into cubes or grated
1 large onion, finely chopped
2 celery stalks or pore garlic
1 garlic only white piece finely chopped
1 plate of chopped cabbage without the stem
1 or 2 small casseroles chopped into cubes
Other Ingredients:
100 grs. of noodles, priest or poultry
Way of preparing:
Leave the beans to soak for 8 to 10 hours, then drain all the water in a fine sieve. Wash several times.
The above procedure is to not stay with the stomach stuffed (gases)
In sequence:
Wash well the beans, put in the pressure cooker with the cold water, when raise boil, lower the pin, leave cooking for 20 to 30 minutes.
Turn off the heat to cool before opening the pan
Beat the beans in the blender, if you need to add more water
Put the broth of uncooked or uncooked beans in a high cauldron, combine the vegetables, cut and washed, let cooking.
When the vegetables are almost cooked, add the pasta, let cook 10 minutes
S you can season the soup with oil onion and garlic is (optional)
Serve hot hot
Note:
You can replace the pasta by putting raw rice,
The ratio is (1/2 cup of (chà)) of rice washed or even slightly less.
Do not forget that the rice doubles in volume.
Beans are a legume, rich in proteins.
