Homemade Churros
Ingredients:
200 ml water
4 tablespoons (soup) shallow margarine or hydrogenated vegetable fat
1 cup (tea) of wheat flour
1 teaspoon (tsp) sugar
1 pinch of salt
2 whole eggs
Way of preparing:
Put the water on fire with margarine, salt and sugar, when it boils add all at once to flour, stirring constantly until you release the bottom of the pot.

Sweet condensed milk

Important Note:
To market churros, use a small manual machine, which also serves to fill the candy.
