Traditional Baked or Grilled Cod
ingredients:
2-4 slices of cod 500 g. each soaked for 24 to
36 hours in the refrigerator .
Other Ingredients:
300 grs . drizzling of pickled onions
400 grs . small potatoes ( ball ) cooked in shell
200 grs . large black olives , pitted .
1 bunch of kale scalded
6 hard boiled eggs cut into four
4 red peppers into strips ( raw )
1 cup ( tea) of chopped parsley with stems
½ cup ( tea) of extra virgin olive oil
How to Prepare :
Place the cod to soak with water , in the refrigerator , changing several times the cold water every 4 hours . Then drain.
A platter of clay distribute the slices of cod , " no cook " around the cooked potatoes already peeled , and sliced onion and peppers into thin strips , rolled cabbage and sprinkle with oil , place in the oven for browning .
Before serving put the sides , boiled eggs cut in half .
Black olives pitted spread by mischievous .
Sprinkle with chopped parsley stem.
Salad of tomato , lettuce, cabbage and watercress salad .
Can with white rice is (optional )
The potato is replacing rice, which is a carbohydrate .
Can replace the palm , for canned artichoke , mushrooms ,
Asparagus , all drained and then washed in running water to remove the preservative .
II - Option :
Grilling cod without cooking . a plate or grill until golden on both sides
Then move on to a plate and do the same procedure as above .
