Potato salad of Julienne

Ingredients:
1 pound of cooked potatoes unpeeled
Then peel and cut into thin slices
Seasonings:
2 tbsp (tablespoons) of olive oil
2 spoons (soup) of vinegar
½ spoon (soup) of mustard
½ teaspoon (tsp) salt or to taste
½ teaspoon (tsp) white pepper or
1 spoon (soup) of hot pepper sauce
2 spoons (soup) of capers
1 cup (tea) of chopped green olives, thinly sliced
1 cup (tea) of chopped onion and drizzle
1 cup (tea) of chopped parsley
1 cup (tea) green onions cut into thin slices
1 stalk celery, thinly sliced
Other Ingredients:
1 cup of chopped pickled cucumber, diced
100 grs. bacon fried and roasted.
After fried bacon will not the refrigerator.
How to Prepare:
Wash the potatoes cook in shell, then peel
cut into slices not too thin, let it cool.
Place the potatoes on a platter, season with olive oil,
vinegar, mustard, pepper.
Spread over the potatoes, onion, pickle,
celery, capers, olives, parsley and chives, chopped
Keep the dish of potatoes in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Before serving sprinkle the fried bacon.
