Vera Helena's Candy Pie (my daughter)
Ingredients:
1 can of condensed milk
2 cans of cow's milk the same measure as the can of condensed milk
3 large gems beats
3 tablespoons cornstarch (cornstarch)
2 tablespoons (sugar) or to taste
1 teaspoon vanilla
Other Ingredients:
15 candies with waffel filling
3 tablespoons of chocolate powder
Roof:
3 egg whites in firm snow
4 to 6 tablespoons of sugar
1 can of cream without milk
Way of preparing:
Beat the condensed milk with the cow's milk, the cornstarch (cornstarch), the egg yolks, the sugar and the vanilla.
Bring to the heat until thickened.
Divide the cream into two equal parts.
In the first cream add a can of sour cream without whey, or enough cream to thicken, (optional)
In the second cream, add the chocolate powder and bring to a boil, let it cool down slightly before using.
In a rectangular refractory, arrange the pie in layers
Put the chocolate cream on the bottom of the refractory.
The second layer is chopped chocolates well kid or processed
The third layer is white cream
The fourth layer is very chopped chocolates
The fifth layer is the cover.
Return to refrigerator for four to six hours or until firm
How to Prepare for Coverage:
Beat the egg whites in firm snow
