Capelete Soup With Beef Broth domesticated
Make a broth:
3 liters of water
1 pound of muscle, cut into eight pieces
2 carrots cut into two pieces
2 tomatoes cut into quarters
2 celery stalks, cut into 4 pieces
1 large onion colored petals
2 cloves crushed garlic if old tire crumb

2 bay leaves

1 piece of cinnamon stick.
Other Ingredients:
1 and ½ cup (tea) capelete stuffed with beef or chicken.
100 g. grated Parmesan cheese
How to Prepare:

To serve:
Put enough juice in the dish and ten (10) small capeletes and over grated cheese.
If you want you can put chopped parsley.
