Tasty cornmeal cake

Tasty cornmeal cake
ingredients:

1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 tin of cow's milk
1 coconut milk glass small (200 ml)
4 egg-whites firm
2 spoons (soup) full of butter
6 tablespoons (soup) full of cornmeal
6 tablespoons (soup) full of flour
1 spoon (soup) and full of baking powder
½ cup (tea) of sugar or condensed milk
50 grs. dry shredded coconut (optional)

How to Prepare:

Beat in mixer the butter with the sugar and egg yolks, then add the condensed milk, make the beat.

Add slowly, with the mixer on, milk cow, coconut milk, corn meal, wheat flour, grated coconut, baking powder.

Disconnect the mixer add lastly the egg whites gradually, mixing slowly with the whisk, to move from bottom to top, slowly, until the egg whites into the batter to incorporate.

Grease with butter a round shape high with butter and sprinkled with cornmeal or flour.

No need to heat the oven, place the cake in a cold oven at 180 º C for 60'minutos, or even blush.

Test with toothpick to make sure it is baked
Cut into thin slices and recompose the cake on the plate ..

"To Jerk parties, serve in a large dish with colorful crepe paper towel or washcloth to crochet."

You can sprinkle on top of cake sugar.
