Grilled Salmon with Tartar Sauce

ingredients:

1 pound salmon fillets cut into thick
2 grs. salt, and juice of one lemon
2 sprigs of rosemary

Tartar Sauce

½ pound of mayonnaise industrialized
2 spoons (soup) mustard
2 tbsp (tablespoons) chopped green olives
2 spoons (soup) brandy or dry white wine
½ cup (tea) pickes chopped or crushed
1 lemon, juice only


sauce II

1 jar of mayonnaise 250 grams.
2 tablespoons mustard
2 tablespoons lemon juice
4-6 tablespoons of ketchup
2 tablespoons dry white wine

How to Prepare the tartar sauce

How to Prepare Salmon
