Escargots skewers
ingredients:
24 escargots - pre-cooked meat
1 mushroom glass
1 package of bacon into thin strips
For coating:
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup (tea) of breadcrumbs
seasonings:
1 clove garlic
1 pinch of black pepper or pepper sauce
salt to taste.
If you want you can use chili finger lady seeded chopped
oil or olive oil to taste
Other Ingredients:
100 grs. butter for frying
How to Prepare:
Assemble the skewers with three snails each, interspersing bits of bacon and mushrooms.
When the skewers are ready, pass the seasoning into the beaten eggs then in breadcrumbs, take over, patting.
Fry them in butter mixed with a little corn oil.
Go turning them to gild them in equal parts.
