  ingredients:


50 large shrimp cleaned
50 pieces of cheese platter, cut into cubes

seasonings:

20 grs. of salt for every pound of shrimp
1 cup (tea) lemon juice
1 pinch of pepper to your taste
1 sprig of rosemary (optional)

Other ingredient:

50 prawns clean.
50 pieces of cheese platter, cut into cubes
50 small barbecue sticks

For coating:

1 cup (tea) milk
2 cups (tea) of breadcrumbs
1 cup (tea) of oil for frying

How to Prepare:

Take the shells of shrimp and let the tail.
Wipe the casing with a toothpick back and belly.


Wash the shrimp under running water, then season with salt, lemon pepper to taste.
Leave the seasoning put an hour in the refrigerator.


Jab on each bamboo barbecue skewers, a piece of cheese one whole shrimp, placing alternate ingredients go until finished.

On each skewer shrimp are two and three pieces of cheese

Passing the skewer through the milk and then in breadcrumbs

Fry in hot oil, lower the heat, while frying

Remove excess oil with paper towel


Can serve the shrimp as appetizers, or can serve as a meal.

If serving as a meal, serve with Greek rice, lettuce salad, cherry tomatoes and grated carrot in thin thick.
