ingredients:
50 large shrimp cleaned

seasonings:
20 grs. of salt for every pound of shrimp
1 cup (tea) lemon juice
1 pinch of pepper to your taste
1 sprig of rosemary (optional)
Other ingredient:
50 prawns clean.

50 small barbecue sticks
For coating:
1 cup (tea) milk
2 cups (tea) of breadcrumbs
1 cup (tea) of oil for frying
How to Prepare:
Take the shells of shrimp and let the tail.
Wipe the casing with a toothpick back and belly.
Wash the shrimp under running water, then season with salt, lemon pepper to taste.
Leave the seasoning put an hour in the refrigerator.
