Cassava Cake

Cassava Cake
(Aipim)
ingredients:
½ pound of grated cassava in the drain thick
3 cups (tea) of sugar
3 whole eggs and 3 egg whites beaten together more
100 grs. finely grated coconut
150 ml of cow's milk
3 tbsp (tablespoons) butter or margarine
2 tbsp (tablespoons) finely grated cheese

1 ½ tablespoon (soup) flour
How to Prepare:
Peel the cassava, wash well under running water, grate.
After grated boil until pre-cooked, drain, let cool.
In a large bowl, place the dry ingredients, flour, sugar, salt and yeast.

Add beaten eggs to melted butter, grated coconut, grated cheese, cassava, and milk.

Mix all ingredients well, until it becomes a dough, like a cream.

Place the dough on a baking sheet greased with butter, sprinkle with flour.

Preheated oven 180 ° C. Bake for about 40 'minutes, or until Golden.
