Bombocado Coco and Cheese

ingredients:


1 saucer (tea) of semi-cured cheese grated
1 saucer (tsp) grated coconut
12 egg yolks passed the sieve
1 spoon (soup) full of butter

C a l d a:

500 grs. caster sugar
250 ml water


How to Prepare: the Syrup:
